These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Spirit Library mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
You agree not to:
All content in the App — including recipes, images, design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Spirit Library. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Content you create (custom cocktails, lists) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely to provide the App's features.
The App integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Google, Apple, and Instacart. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Cocktail recipes are provided for informational purposes only. Always drink responsibly. We are not responsible for the outcome of any recipe you prepare.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spirit Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App, or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify you via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
